If you can't come to an amicable agreement after contacting the seller, simply create request thrue DeepMart Multisig Escrow System. Most sellers will respond to your claim quickly, however if you are not satisfied with the result you can escalate your dispute.
1. All purchases are handled through the Multisig Escrow System of the marketplace. Once you submit your purchase, the money will be held in DeepMart Multisig Escrow System until you acknowledge satisfactory receipt of the goods. When you receive your item and everything is all right, the vendor will receive payment.
2. If the received good are not satisfactory, you can choose to dispute the transaction and a moderator will look into it. Please dispute only if you have a good reason; changing your mind is not considered an acceptable reason.
3. Please report the DeepMart Support if the vendor asks for money outside ofmarketplace, and do not send coins. If you send coins outside our Escrow system, it is entirely at your own risk.
1. Open the Order Status page and choose the product you want to return
2. Create a request to start the process of escrow
3. Fill out an application for a refund. Be careful when you enter your bitcoin address for a refund!
4. After creating your application, the administrator DeepMart will contact the seller and clarify the details.
5. After reviewing your application, you will receive a refund.
